Looking for a way to deepen relationships even more? Or are you Introvert that is intimidated by bigger groups? In Micro Groups you will grow in your faith alongside only 2-3 others.

These unique groups will meet throughout the week and throughout the community with either Nick or Hannah.

Topics vary.

Two things that we know are good for us: working out and practicing our faith. Why is it then that these two things can often be put on the back burner in our lives? Instead of working out, we sleep in. Instead of praying, we worry. Instead of eating healthy, we cave and have another "cheat day." 

​

In this unique group, we'll exercise together, while also meditating on what it means to prioritize our health and faith in God. 

​

The exercises will include HIIT work outs, core strengthening, arm toning and stretching. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel and lots of water. We'll be outside most days!

Slow down your life to live at the pace and in the presence of Jesus. Ancient Christians called this “the practice of the presence of God.” Jesus himself called it “abiding.” Discover a life of deep, intimate communion with God. In this group, we'll practice the habits of Sabbath and Prayer. 

The Prayer Practice will help you learn to set aside dedicated time to intentionally be with God, in order to become like him and partner with him in the world.

The Sabbath is a twenty-four hour time period set aside to stop, rest, delight, and worship. It is the best day of the week. In our era of chronic exhaustion, emotional unhealth, and spiritual stagnation, few things are more necessary than the recovery of this ancient practice.
